The Churchill War Rooms is open daily from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with the last entry at 5:00 PM. It is recommended to book your Churchill War Rooms tickets in advance to avoid delays.

The Churchill War Rooms is suitable for visitors of all ages. For the best experience, we recommend visiting with children aged 10 and older.
- Best Time to Visit
Visiting in the morning or late afternoon is ideal for a quieter experience. The museum is busiest during weekends and school holidays, so try to plan around peak hours.
- Bag Policy
The Churchill War Rooms does not provide cloakrooms or lockers. Large bags, backpacks, and suitcases are not allowed inside. Small bags are allowed but may be subject to a security check. It’s best to bring only essentials.
- Facilities
The museum includes restrooms, a café, and gift shop. The Switchboard Café offers a variety of snacks and meals, open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM.
- Accessibility
The Churchill War Rooms is wheelchair accessible, with lifts to the main areas. For blind or partially sighted visitors, audio guides are available, while those with hearing impairments can benefit from subtitles for the exhibits.

By Train: London Victoria and Charing Cross are the closest mainline railway stations.

By Car: Driving to the Churchill War Rooms is an option, but it can be tricky due to heavy traffic. The Churchill War Rooms do not have their own dedicated parking facilities.
